Antonio Lorenzo Pitaro was born in Cosenza in 2009.
Initially attracted to jazz music, he began studying percussion, only to be definitively captivated by classical muic and the extraordinary expressive potential of the piano.
In this instrument, he found his artistic voice, forging an increasingly informed and mature musical path with dedication, discipline, and remarkable sensitivity.

Antonio Lorenzo Pitaro was born in Cosenza in 2009.
Initially attracted to jazz music, he began studying percussion, only to be definitively captivated by classical muic and the extraordinary expressive potential of the piano.
In this instrument, he found his artistic voice, forging an increasingly informed and mature musical path with dedication, discipline, and remarkable sensitivity.
He has distinguished himself in numerous national and international piano competitions, earning significant recognition.
At the 15th Massarosa International Piano Competition, he received the Special Prize ”Medaglia della Camera dei Deputati” as the best Italian competitor remaining in the competition.
He won the 9th ”Citt`a di Minerbio” International Piano Competition and won First Prize in his category at the ”Young Livorno Piano Competition 2025.”
A mature and passionate performer, he regularly performs in various Italian cities, earning recognition for his expressive intensity and interpretative depth.
He is currently enrolled in the second year of his studies at the ”Stanislao Giacomantonio” Conservatory in Cosenza, where he studies under the guidance of Maestro Maria Perrotta. Since 2025, he has also been a student at the International Piano Academy of Imola, where he is attending the multi-year advanced course with Maestro Andr´e Gallo.
He has participated in prestigious masterclasses held by internationally renowned maestros such as Francesco Libetta, Sergei Kuznetsov, Franco Scala, Carlo Palese, and Igor Roma.
